Engine is obviously a small block Chev.
No sign of a front pumpkin, so it must be RWD only. Seems to me this thing was in Hot Rod a while back.

Agreed, but it is still total bad ass. IRT the ratrod crowd, I have always said a car show is not a car show until the rats show up. I have always been fascinated by the ratrod culture. Not really a fan of ratted bikes, but the cars and trucks are awesome.
