I have a 4.0 5 spd and for some reason when I am moving my rpm won't go above 3000 and I have no power in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear but when I'm at a stand still I can tack it all the way to red line.......does anyone know what could cause this problem?

There is a hose going to the side of the tranny. Make sure it isn't kinked. A buddy of mine went through water at a pretty high speed that bent this hose and he couldn't do more than 30km/h. Anyway. Straightened out this line, secured it with some nylon ties, cleared the error code and it worked like a charm. This may or may not be the problem with yours. You could get one of those units that allow you to read the error code. They're handy in this sort of situation.
It ended up being my cat. It was all busted and clogged so I just punched it all out and put her back on. Got a nice rumble now
